Feel free to share your thoughts and comments, either on this page, or via email to joachim.s.grimstvedt@gmail.com **General info** This atlas contains images of a female C57 black 6 mouse stained with fluorescent antibodies against parvalbumin and myelin basic protein, followed by subsequent Nissl staining with Cresyl Violet. I.e. each panel in the atlas shows the three markers in the same tissue. The distance between sections is 80μm, and scale bars measure 500 μm. **References** The atlas was uploaded as supplementary material for the paper "A multifaceted architectural framework of the mouse claustrum complex".
