- To perform the analysis, the prepared binary R data file `experiment1_data.rda` is needed. - The main analysis is performed in `Exp1_analysis.R`. The script tries to load the fitted LMMs from `exp1_lmm_models.rda` and `exp1_lmm_models2.rda` (results reported in the supplemental material). If these files are not found, the models are fitted (which will need a considerable amount of RAM). - The steps for selecting the scenarios are reproduced in `Supplementary_Selection_Scenarios.R`
