Wiki Version:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools have been enabling a number of breakthroughs in many areas pertinent to our daily lives. It is anticipated that these tools can help bridge the gap between the professional climate science studies and the general public’s know-how. However, efforts along these lines have been hurdled by the plaguing disinformation existing in the dataset for climate science, policies, and news. Here the large language model and other AI methods are adopted to develop a tool that can summarize input dataset and conduct cross-checking via multilingual resources, thus helping our ultimate goal of AI trustworthiness in climate science. Example studies have demonstrated the successes and future needs of this tool.
