Version 0.2, 19.4.2024: Correction of tunes with ID in the range 20-45: tune 20 and 21 fused into one single tune 20, and the rest of the IDs up to 45 are decremented. Tune 44 (previously 45 conflicting with the real 45) now correctly classified as song. Version 0.1, 20.5.2023: Includes 242 tapes from the collection, from tr-0458 to tr-0732 (with some missing within that range) For more details abput the original catalogue, cf. The Norwegian Collection of Folk Music at the University of Oslo, Hans-Hinrich Thedens, The World of Music, Vol. 38, No. 1, Music of the Roma (1996), pp. 158-161 (4 pages) https://www.jstor.org/stable/41699085 The post-processing of the original recordings is carried out in the context of the [MIRAGE][1] project. The tunes are sorted per instrumentation: each subfolder corresponds to a specific instrument, indicated by the subfolder name (generally both in English and Norwegian).
