Wiki Version:
### Description The files in this repository is associated with a version of manuscript "**Attractive and repulsive effects of sensory history concurrently shape visual perception**" by Jongmin Moon and Oh-Sang Kwon. ### Folders and Files Below, the name of the folder is represented within a pair of {curly brackets}, the name of the .m file is represented within a pair of <arrows>, and the name of the .mat file is represented within a pair of [brackets]. #### [E_subj*_b*.mat] Subject identification code and block number can be found from the file name. Each file contains a single variable with each column representing: 1. Relative direction of previous trial (in deg) 2. Presented direction of motion (in deg) 3. Reported direction of motion (in deg) 4. Response error (in deg) 5. Response time (in s) #### <SEQ_GPRmodels.m> generates **Figure S1** and [SEQ_GPRmodels.m] file. If you want to perform all the analyses by yourself, run this code before running any other codes, but it will take several minutes. We have run the code for you, and the outcome of the code (i.e., [SEQ_GPRmodels.m] file) is included here. #### [SEQ_GPRmodels.mat] contains GPR model fit for all subjects. Outcome of <SEQ_GORmodels.m> file. #### [par_*.mat] contains parameter estimates of the corresponding model. Outcome of <see_MCMC.m> file in {MCMC} folder. #### <SEQ_ANALYSIS_R1.m> generates **Figures** **1**, **2**, **3**, **4**, **5**, **S2**, **S4**, **S5**, and **S6**. #### <SEQ_shuffleTrialOrder.m> generates **Figure S3**. #### <SEQ_SIMULATION_encoder.m> generates **Figure 6A** and **6B**. #### <SEQ_SIMULATION_R1.m> generates **Figure 6D**. #### {woCorrection} contains <SEQ_ANALYSIS_woCorrection.m> file and [par_woCorrection_*.mat] files. #### <SEQ_ANALYSIS_woCorrection.m> generates **Figure S7**. #### {MCMC} contains <see_MCMC.m> file and four subfolders each containing <twoDOG_MCMC.m> file and [DoG_*.mat] files. #### <see_MCMC.m> takes [DoG_.mat] file and generates [par_.mat] file. We have run this code for you, and all [par_.mat] files are inlcuded in appropriate folders. #### <twoDOG_MCMC.m> performs MCMC and generates [DoG_*.mat] files. It will take several hours to a couple days to run this code. We have run the code for you, and all [DoG_.mat] files are included here. #### [DoG_*.mat] contains MCMC samples.
