Wiki Version:
Description of files: • Acc_and_RT.RData: R data frame with performance (1: correct; 0: incorrect; NA: traj. with pullback or signal loss) and response time by subject, ratio, and trial. • FT.RData: Flight time by ratio. This is a separate file because it only has clean trajectories (no pullbacks or signal loss). It is used to sample flight times in the model. • NormalizedTraj.RData: x (height), y (depth), z (horz) time normalized trajectories by ratio, subject, and trial. • RawExp1: raw unnormalized trajectories. Each folder has 420 csv files with the raw output from the recording machine. The first column is a time stamp. Column 2, 3, 4 are x (height), y (depth), z (horz) coordinates. In the last column a 1, 2, or 3 indicate stimulus is on, and a 4 is lift-off (start button was released). • Model_noThr.R: code of the model. The main function is modelPos. It receives as input the parameters and the ratios to evaluate. The code has an example with plots. NOTE: files with ER at the end are for the supplemental experiment (with equal ratio). RawER column 2, 3, 4 are coordinates: x (horz), y (depth), z (height)
