Description: # "Data from Whalen, Duffy, Grace 2013 Ecology" publication: http://doi.wiley.com/10.1890/12-0156.1 ### This OSF project contains data from a series of field experiments conducted by Matt Whalen in 2008 and 2009 that manipulated nutrients and grazers. There are two main experiments featured in the publication: - Food Web Experiment Fall 2008 - Food Web Experiment Summer 2009 Each of these experiments is represented by a folder (component) in this OSF project These components contain both raw data and processed data summaries See data dictionaries in each folder for information about contents of data tables Note that organisms in raw data are described using numeric codes that correspond to the long-term observational dataset collected by Emmett Duffy and colleagues at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science. A metadata file "TaxonCodes.csv" that defines these taxon codes is included. This work was supported by funds from the National Science Foundation and the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
