- The pcodes.zip folder contains the DBSI executable code, which runs in MATLAB. - The PDF-formatted DBSI Manual describes steps required to run the calculations. - **Warning: The DBSI code is intended for fitting diffusion MRI data from samples with only a single anisotropic diffusion tensor component (e.g., no crossing fibers). Also, this analysis is not configured properly for DBSI modeling of formalin-fixed tissues. See the manual for more details.** - Data referred to in the PNAS submission were acquired with either 40-minute temporal resolution (64x64 image matrix) or 20-minute temporal resolution. These datasets can be found in the corresponding folder (40_minute_datasets or 20_minute_datasets). Each study dataset (series of sequentially-acquired diffusion fMRI FID files) is contained in its own study folder.
