How to read the coding of the variables:
**item1-item6** ->**presenteeism spells at T1 to T6**
**scale1-scale6** ->**presenteeism frequency at T1 to T6**
**Sscale1-Sscale6** ->**short scale of presenteeism frequency at T1 to T6**
**sa1-sa6 -> sick leave spells at T1 to T6**
**pcs1-pcs6** -> **health at T1 to T6**
**js1-js6 -> job satisfaction at T1 to T6**
**jd1-jd6 -> job demands at T1 to T6**
**chr -> chronical illness (0 = no, 1 = yes)**
**a1-a6 -> job autonomy at T1 to T6**
