Supplementary materials and empirical data for the publication Rehder, B., Davis, Z.J., & Bramley, N.R. (2022). The paradox of time in dynamic causal systems. Entropy.
ppt_data_coop is an R list with one element per subject, which in turn has one element per OU network learned.
The rest of the data structures are R data frames derived from ppt_data_coop that aggregate the data at various levels of abstraction.
subj_net_t: One row per participant/network/time unit.
subj_net_int: One row per participant/network/intervention.
subj_net: One row per participant/network.
subj_net: One row per participant.
Each data structure has a "condition" variable.
0: Rigid (omega=.10) and fast (screen update rate 100 ms)
1: Flexible (omega=.05) and fast (100 ms)
2: Rigid (omega=.10) and slow (300 ms)
3: Flexible (omega=.05) and fast (300 ms)
Only "cooperative" participants (169 out of the total of 205 run) are included. There were 87 subjects in the fast (100 ms) conditions (42 flexible, 45 rigid), which are reported in the main manuscript. There were 82 subjects in the slow (300 ms) conditions (38 flexible, 44 rigid), which are reported in the Supplementary Materials.
