Wiki Version:
The full documentation and materials for Speed Databasing can be found [here][2]. Developed in fall 2016 by librarians at Carnegie Mellon University – Jill Chisnell and Teresa MacGregor – [Speed Databasing][1] is an active learning activity for introducing students to a variety of library research databases. The activity draws on the metaphors of SpeedDating™, online matchmaking apps, and personals ads. The combination of humor, time limits, and movement turn the traditional show-and-tell lecture into something fun and memorable. [1]: https://osf.io/k6b4h/ [2]: https://osf.io/k6b4h/
