This project contains the Matlab scripts with the data and analysis described in: Schielke A, Krekelberg B. Steady state visual evoked potentials in schizophrenia: a review. Frontiers in Neuroscience (2022). https://doi.org/10.3389/fnins.2022.988077. This work was performed at the [Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience][1], Rutgers University - Newark and Funded by the National Eye Institute (R01EY032744). Files: - **createFigure.m:** Top-level script that generates the figure in the paper from the data. - **effectSize.mlx:** Live script showing the coarse effect size estimate based on the fraction of positive tests. - **reviewData.m**: A function that returns a large struct with the data aggregated from the source studies. - **setupElectrodes.m:** Convenience function to define electrode names and positions. - **analyzeData.m:** Script that loops over the source studies to extract relevant summary parameters for each band and electrode position.
