# About
This repository stores the supplementary videos and data for the manuscript:

# Codes
The `npiv` package can be downloaded from the `Files> npiv_v0.0.1` folder. There are three files in the folder:
1. `npiv-manual.pdf` is the documentation to the package.
2. `npiv_0.0.1.tar.gz` contains the source codes. Download the source codes from here, or directly view the source files under `GitHub:jinyung/npiv` tab.
3. `npiv_0.0.1_R_x86-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz` is the compiled codes for Linux systems. User of other systems should install from source.
# Data
Raw data can be accessed under the `Files> Google Drive:Data` tab. The folders contain the data for:
2. `method`: materials to plot Figure 1
3. `kinematics`: landmarks data on body positions and appendage positions, for dorsal/ventral view.
4. `lagrangian`: data to plot figure 5
5. `side_kinematics`: landmarks data on body positions and appendage positions, for lateral view.
6. `side_vf`: velocity field outputs from Davis for all individuals, for lateral view.
7. `vf_pxscale`: flow field outputs from DaVis for all individuals, for dorsal/ventral view.
8. `Vorticity`: vorticity field outputs from DaVis for all individuals, for dorsal/ventral view.
