This package includes data with labelled variables, AMOS scripts for main analyses and SPSS syntax for preparatory and complementary analyses. This material can be used to reenact the results from the paper: "Sound Body, Sound Mind? The Interrelation between Health Change and Personality Change in Old Age."
The data was drawn from a larger project called Genetically Oriented Life Span Study of Development (GOLD). The GOLD data is not public domain. Requests for data use for own research projects should be send to the authors.
GOLD was conducted at the former Max-Planck-Institute for Psychological Research in Munich, Germany. GOLD was directed by Franz E. Weinert and funded by the Max-Planck-Society. Members of the GOLD research team were Ulrich Geppert, Frank Halisch, Ernst Hany, Franz J. Neyer, Gertrud Nunner-Winkler, and Michael R. Waldmann. We thank the team as well as the GOLD participants for spending part of their lifetime with the GOLD study.
