In the following are explanations for the distinct analysis files. # Read in data and basic plots read_in_all_data_all_exp.R This file reads in the data from 4 experiments that reside in the raw data component in this OSF. Adjustments must be made for the folder structure containing the data. Creates Figure 2 and basic statistics. # Fit DDMs ddm_final_BO.R This script will fit the DDM models. It depends on the DDM package by Andrew Heathcote which is given in a separate component. See script for the necessary files. The .Rdata file gives the fitted models as fitting takes some time. # Calculate the Bayesian Model Averaging and create the plots WAIC and weights tables.R Create the WAIC Table create_BMS.R Calculate weighted parameters and perform statistics and plot Figure 3. Sources WAIC_BMA.R
