# Children's counterfactual reasoning about physical causal events ## Context This project is actually part of a larger project, "Children's simulation of counterfactual possibilities in physical events"(https://osf.io/5jw6y). This repository contains the data and stimuli for Experiments 1 and 2 of the publication of that work. ## Repository guide 'Data and Analysis' contains the analysis script as well as the CSV files with the (processed) data from both experiments. The analysis of the 'prediction' experiment is cursory, as response was nearly uniform. "Stimuli" contains, in separate folders, the stimuli for each experiment. "Training" includes all of the images and animations used in training items. "Test" includes all of the images and animations used in test items. The procedures are available in the form of exported Qualtrics surveys.
