"Analysed DRG Histology Images" contains screenshots of the images in "Original DRG Histology Images" overlaid with manually applied demarcations to indicate the location of the DRG border (red, inside the epineurium) and cell body borders (blue). In some cases, visible nuclei are also indicated (green), though these were not used for analysis in the paper. These are also organized by experiment number, left/right source, and spinal level "MATLAB code" contains MATLAB scripts and variable repositories to reproduce some of the analyses discussed in the paper, specifically the quantitative analysis of randomness and the polar transformation of DRG.
