Article preparation & publication ## Progress --- ### Protocol The procotol is available [here][1]. More recent versions contain minor corrections with the aim to more clearly address special cases we stumbled upon, and technical updates. The contributors state that the most recent version of the protocol was followed at every stage. ### Search strategy The search was performed on Medline and Embase (both via Ovid). Search-terms in plain-text search are available [here][2]. Date of search September 7th, 2021. Results: At this point, we have not yet searched other databases listed in the protocol. ### Title and abstract screening #### Training set We are currently screening a training set of 5000 articles randomly chosen from de-duplicated search results of the Medline and Embase search. The screening webapp is [here][3]. #### Full set It will be performed using a machine learning algorithm. Currently, waiting for the training set screening to complete. ### Full text screening Not started. ### Data extraction Draft versions of data extraction forms are available [here][4]. Webapp is currently not yet completed. ### Data analysis & synthesis Not started. ### Article preparation & publication Not started.
