Wiki Version:
## Uncertainty Visualizations for Missing Values in Multivariate Data This repository contains the supplementary materials for the VIS 2022 submission `Uncertainty Visualizations for Missing Values in Multivariate Data`. The primary document of interest is `supplement-main.html`. This file contains an overview of the data analysis process and includes all references from the paper. The repository is organised as follows: - `00-stimuli-data-generation.Rmd`: code used to generate the underlying datasets used as stimuli for the study - `01-stimuli-plot-generation.Rmd`: code used to generate the charts used as stimuli for the study - `02-model_building_and_exploration.html`: this file outlines the iterative model building and selection process - `03-supplement-complete_analysis.Rmd`: code which describes data manipulation and modeling - `supplement-main.html`: this file contains an overview of the data analysis process. It includes all the code used in implementing the analysis and to create the figures from the paper. It also includes all the figures referenced in the paper. - `data/`: contains CSV file with summary statistics of participants responses - `models/`: contains compiled model fit objects which can be loaded into R (instead of re-executing the Bayesian models which can take a long time to compile).
