The previous two phases (pilot and replication studies) are shown as the files linked further below. Analysis for this Phase 3 was completed in February, 2020, and is reported in the file PANDAS&PANS_Genetic_Association_Final_Report_(Phase_3).pdf. This file has been updated with revision that included replication of the Phase 3 findings - only 2 SNPs were replicated. The registration plan for this original Phase 3 study (not including the replication) can be found under the Registrations pull-down menu.
