Distributivity in Seri verbs and nouns as cross-categorial pluractionality

This paper shows that distinctions in possessor number in Seri nouns should be understood not as number agreement, but rather as the manifestation of a pluractional feature that also plays a prominent role in the verbal system. We propose an analysis of pluractionality which combines with verbs and possessed nouns to derive the observed effects in both domains.
