Wiki Version:
To run this analysis, ensure that everything you download from here goes into the same folder. You can change the 'workingdir' variable at the top of all R notebooks to correspond to where you've placed the data. The data cleaning notebook is provided but the raw data (with Prolific IDs) is not, to preserve anonymity. The cleaned data is saved in dataset.csv, and models are saved in various .RData or .RDS files in the big\_datafiles folder (as they are too big to store on Github with the rest of the data and code). To run the analyses reported in the paper and obtain the figures, the analyse_testretest notebook contains all the primary code.
