Description: The Economic Mobility Corporation (Mobility) is conducting a long-term follow up of the randomized controlled trial evaluation of Project QUEST, a nonprofit in San Antonio, Texas, that provides comprehensive support to help residents complete occupational programs at area community colleges, pass certification exams, and obtain jobs in strong sectors of the local economy. Mobility is partnering with the Ray Marshall Center (RMC) at the University of Texas to study program impacts on earnings, educational attainment, and public assistance receipt eleven years after random assignment using administrative data sources.
