In the second study of this project, we seek to confirm the results of Study 1. Two modifications were made: (1) new picture stimuli were created, with more attractive design and a balanced representation of genders and ethnicity across sports, and (2) in order to make participants focus on the sentence in phase 1 rather than on the situation depicted, the memory question in phase 2 has been changed to 'Which sentence corresponds more closely to the sentence you saw on the previous screen'.
