27th May: linked to Dropbox which has files submitted for publiation on 26/5/17 These have manuscript text with Tables and Boxes at end of file, and Figures separate. 10th May: renamed file to **SQING OSF.docx** Retain this name to ensure version control. Version uploaded on 10th May 2017 includes new version of Figure 2 which has red dotted line to show 80% power. Also on 10th May 2017, found two acronyms used for J Cog Neurosci, and so merged these; also mentioned no papers found in 3 of the journals included in search. Manuscript updated 7th May to revamp section on Replications so order of categories matched in text and table,and further explanation of category of 'no replication'. At same time, markdown modified to produce new version of Table 4, and to include replication code in Appendix 2, which is also now updated. Ms updated to include this reference in the recommendations: Simmons, J. P., Nelson, L. D., Simonsohn, U. 2012 A 21 word solution. https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2160588. Updated version of ms uploaded 4.5.17 to incorporate correction noted on Twitter by Jon Roiser, i.e., r2 = .001 for effect size .1% ( had been reported as r2 = .01). Title also modified to be more accurate in indicating papers were not all neuroimaging ones.
