Also on 10th May 2017, found two acronyms used for J Cog Neurosci, and so merged these; also mentioned no papers found in 3 of the journals included in search. Manuscript updated 7th May to revamp section on Replications so order of categories matched in text and table,and further explanation of category of 'no replication'. At same time, markdown modified to produce new version of Table 4, and to include replication code in Appendix 2, which is also now updated.
