In years 2015 to 2017, weather and sea data are forecasted data at 1, 2 or 3 days in advance (set = "forecast_X" with X = delay). All data are mean, min or max values from 11:00 to 19:00. (last actual daily report taken into account is 17:00 GMT) - **date**: date in date format - **set**: character string, subset of data : - "observed" for retrospective cohort using observed weather and sea conditions, - "forecast_1" for validation cohort using forecasts 1 day in advance - "forecast_2" for validation cohort using forecasts 2 days in advance - "forecast_3" for validation cohort using forecasts 3 days in advance - **tAirMax**: maximum air temperature, in celsius - **windSpeedMean**: mean wind speed in m/s - **nebulosity**: mean nebulosity (1 = 0-2 octas, 2=3,4 octas, 3 = 5,6 octas, 4 = 7,8 octas) - **HsTpMax**: max wave factor in m.s - **cos4hMean**: mean of bisquared cos of wave angle of incidence along Gironde's coast (mean(cos(angle-278)**4)) - **coshMax**: max of cos of wave angle of incidence along Gironde's coast (mean(cos(angle-278))) - **cos4hMax**: max of bisquared cos of wave angle of incidence along Gironde's coast (mean(cos(angle-278)**4)) - **WE**: integer, binary, 1 if week-end (excepto on holidays) - **vacation**: integer, binary, 1 if holidays (using local holidays for spring and automn) - **season**: Boolean, TRUE if high season (june 15th, september 15th) - **nDrownings**: int, number of drownings
