The drowning dataset contains the observed drownings reported to the emergency medical center of Gironde, southwestern France, compiled with the weather data.
From 04-01 to 10-31 of years 2011, 2012, 2013, there are observed data (set = "observed"). In years 2015 to 2017, weather and sea data are forecasted data at 1, 2 or 3 days in advance (set = "forecast_X" with X = delay). All data are mean, min or max values from 11:00 to 19:00. (last actual daily report taken into account is 17:00 GMT)
