PLoS ONE 18(8): e0289428. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0289428 To reproduce the results, first download all files and, if not installed, the free software R (https://www.r-project.org) and R Studio (https://rstudio.com). Second, get familiar with the 'B6.4_readme.txt' file for details. Third, open the B6.4.Rproj file in R Studio. Now you can run the analysis scripts. Please get in contact if you encounter any objective errors in the analysis code or inconsistencies in the results.
