This is the OSF-repository of the first conducted study on the effects of the interventive *onesec*-app (https://one-sec.app) on digital consumption.
We present strong evidence for its positive effects on digital consumption by:
- subjective experience (i.e., self reports) of different central variables
- objectively measured behavior instances
