Wiki Version:
This research program seeks to understand the sanitation and menstrual experiences of women working in market, school and health care facility workplaces in Mukono District, Uganda. The project aims to identify women's sanitation and menstrual needs at work and to provide insights into pathways for improvement. Through a mixed-methods approach we aim to offer a nuanced understanding of experiences while providing the first quantitative data testing the strength of association between unmet needs, health, and employment.
