Wiki Version:
This is where we are storing the scanned and processed otoliths for the project with Francis Juanes and his student David Stormer. Jensina designed a holder with 40 otolith wells. We scanned four holders and over 100 otoliths. We have used Amira to segment the data and hope to use Amira to produce more descriptive statistics of each otolith. The data for the otoliths is in this [google sheet][1]. [1]: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PdEjVjCWyUMAkImFmlV3hiDMji64LzapeyzhNg2s7LU/edit?pref=2&pli=1#gid=0
