Description: The purpose of this study is to estimate the one- and two-year impacts of the “Rapid Response for Runaway Youth” intervention on new criminal charges and child welfare out-of-home placements. The intervention is being implemented with Pay for Success (PFS) financing. In this case, the Colorado Governor’s Office of State Budget and Planning and philanthropic partners are financing the implementation of the project. Update: The study was unable to move forward as planned, so the University of Denver and Arnold Ventures chose to end the study prior to its completion.
