# **Inter-FC Between Visual Processing Speed Networks**

## **Aim**
With this project, we aimed to determine whether and how the inter-network functional connectivity (inter-FC) of the cingulo-opercular network (COn) and the right frontoparietal network (RFPn) with visual networks links to visual processing speed (VPS) as estimated based on the theory of visual attention (TVA, Bundesen, 1990).

### **Imaging Data**
- Spatial maps resulting from Independent Component Analysis (ICA) with 75 independent components across frequency bins (using `FSL MELODIC`)
- Time courses derived from dual regression (Stage 1) of the ICA.
- Z-transformed coefficients of the correlation between VPS relevant networks.
### **Code**
- `Matlab` code to perform inter-FC analyses.
- `R` code to perform statistical analyses and associations between inter-FC and the VPS parameter.
