Wiki Version:
Together with other academic partners and DNAexus, we host collaborative bioinformatics hackathons. Academic and industry researchers from around the world come together to collaboratively work on crucial problems and opportunities in clinical bioinformatics. You can read about our last hackathon in this [blog post][1] from Hannah Gunderman and Ben Busby and find a description of the output in a [preprint][2] on BioHackrXiv.
