Review of published literature relevant to the smallpox eradication program between 1950-2018. 3. Review of grey literature related to polio eradication activities within seven focus countries (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, and Nigeria) and at the global level.
