Description: Dataset for the manuscript: Carr CE, Bryan NC, Saboda KN, Bhattaru SA, Ruvkun G, Zuber MT. Nanopore Sequencing at Mars, Europa, and Microgravity Conditions. The dataset includes accelerometry and nanopore sequencing data during pre-flight ground operations and during a parabolic flight. Accelerometry data includes: 3-axis DC accelerometer (~400 Hz), piezoelectric accelerometer (5 kHz), and low frequency pressure and temperature (1 Hz) data. Nanopore data includes fast5 reads generated by the MinION, basecalled, and aligned to an NEB Lambda DNA reference using Tombo.
