Wiki Version:
These files are analyses of the multibandACQtests task fMRI dataset, 2022 participants, available and described at https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds001399/. The **QC knitrs** subdirectory here has a knitr for each person with the movement regressors and then the temporal mean, standard deviation, and tSNR (mean/sd) for each run, volumes and surfaces. From the image QC knitrs we can see that all three people had little overt head motion. Apparent motion is visible in all three; greatest in 3252. As expected the dropout and image brightness varies between the acquisitions. The surface versions look acceptable at first glance, even for the 3.0 mm isotropic voxels.
