Target of replication: *A priori* experimental protocols, materials, and confirmatory analysis plans were peer reviewed, [pre-registered][1], and published by [*eLife*][2]. This component includes all primary and QC data for the replication of [Peinado et al. 2012][3]. This experiment included exosome-dependent MET signaling on primary tumor growth and metastasis. ### Contents ### [Figures component][4], which contains the figure scripts, pdfs, and svg. files involved in the creation of Figure 2, and Figure 2 - figure supplement 1. [Data Component][5], which contains data generated from the experimental work. The following folders can be found in the file section [here][6]. [Statistical Analysis Component][7], contains the R scripts used for the analysis. [Methods][8], which contains all methods, lab notes, or additional information from the replicating lab. [Cell line quality Control data][9], which includes results confirming the cell line was free of mycoplasma contamination as well as STR DNA profiling.
