The NiPreps project (http://www.nipreps.org) aims to develop a set of high-quality reproducible workflows for analysis of various types of neuroimaging data. The project was recently awarded a three-year R01 grant from the BRAIN Initiative to fund further development of the project. In service of transparency, and to help others who are interested in seeing what a successful software proposal looks like, we are posting the original (unfunded) proposal, and the A1 (resubmission) which was funded.
