Data is provided as individual txt files. Analysis scripts were generated in R. The R scripts contain the data-book describing the information contained in the data-files and the code for generating the plots and analyzes reported in the main paper.
Note that to fit the CatContModel one has to install the package from https://github.com/hardmanko/CatContModel
(3) Data_DataBook
One single data file is provided for the data of each experiment which includes headers for each column, as well as a data-book file explaining each header.
