This repository includes replication scripts for all analyses and simulation results of the manuscript *'Analysis of type I and II error rates of Bayesian and frequentist parametric and nonparametric two-sample hypothesis tests under preliminary assessment of normality'*. The file *plots.R* reproduces all figures and includes all results of the simulation scripts *sim10small.R* to *sim12large.R*. To manually recreate all results, the scripts *sim10small.R* to *sim12large.R* need to be run. Notice that depending on the available processing ressources, each of the scripts may take several days to run on a high-performance-computing cluster. Code is parallelized for four CPU cores.
