The data in this project is equivalent to the data posted by the UBC Brain Circuits research cluster on [FRDR][1] This dataset was used for the paper "[Mapping cortical mesoscopic networks of single spiking cortical or sub-cortical neurons][2]" (2015). This dataset includes raw wide-field GCaMP image sequences and time stamps of spike trains simultaneously recorded with GCaMP imaging and processed GCaMP images and spike trains: df/f0 with 0.1-10 band pass filter and spike train binned in one frame time.
