**Target of replication:** The current study seeks to replicate the findings that participants in the perpetrator condition would indicate a need for social acceptance and be more likely to reconcile after their sense of moral acceptance was restored, whereas participant in the victim condition would indicate a need for power and would be more likely to reconcile after their sense of power was restored.
