## Event segmentation ## Event segmentation is a means to determine the perceptual processing of dynamic visual or audiovisual material (such as animations or Hollywood movies). This is a PsychoPy version of the event segmentation task as used in Huff et al. (2014). **Type**: Experiment including R-script for data preparation **Language**: German (but easily adaptable to any language) **Reference**: Huff, M., Meitz, T. G. K., & Papenmeier, F. (2014). Changes in situation models modulate processes of event perception in audiovisual narratives. Journal of Experimental Psychology: Learning, Memory, and Cognition, 40(5), 1377–1388. https://doi.org/10.1037/a0036780 **Important Notes** Please use only PsychoPy version 1.80 for running this experiment. Binaries for all platforms are available at the old PsychoPy repositorium on [SourceForge][1]. [1]: https://sourceforge.net/projects/psychpy/files/Releases%20up%20to%20v1.82/
