The contents of this toolkit are as follows: 'Equipment' folder contains lists of recording equipment as well as stationery and consumables. There are as spreadsheets with columns to tick off completed tasks. 'Ethics' folder contains a copy of our full Ethics application, as well as information sheets, consent forms, questionnaires, and other sample documents requested by our Ethics committee. 'Evaluation' folder contains the posters we made for participants to evaluate our event. 'Money' folder contains a budget spreadsheet for our 2023 event in Burnley Market. We also provide suggestions for how to organise receipts for claiming expenses. 'Publicity' folder contains a series of resources for publicising events including posters, text for press releases and adverts, designing postcards and a postbox, and how to organise publicitiy materials. 'Risk assessment folder' contains our risk assessment from 2023 for use in Burnley Market. 'Signal to Noise Ratio analysis' folder contains the materials we used to assess audio data background noise. This includes a Praat script, datasheet, and R code. 'Staff planning' spreadsheet is a suggestion for how to organise information about your staff team. 'Stimuli' folder contains our research stimuli suitable for upload into AAA, as well as the PowerPoint template we used to create them. This template could be adapted for your purposes. 'Timeline planning' spreadsheet is a day-by-day list of tasks to complete in the 9 months ahead of an event. 'Videos' folder contains instructions and scripts for extracting sample tongue videos for participants from AAA.
