Wiki Version:
This repository contains primary research data from the looming detection (collision threat detection) study described in this paper: Markkula G, Uludağ Z, Wilkie R M, Billington J. 2021. Accumulation of continuously time-varying sensory evidence constrains neural and behavioral responses in human collision threat detection. *PLoS Computational Biology* 17(7): e1009096. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pcbi.1009096 If you are using or building on the contents of this repository for your research, please cite the paper linked above. The Github repository also linked here contains code implementing the experimental paradigm, and the subsequent analyses and modelling of the collected data. The OSF storage in this repository contains: * `experimenter docs`: Participant information sheet and experimenter script used during the experiment. * `intermediate analysis results`: Data files generated during the analysis of the data collected in the study. * `raw data`: The behavioural log files and the Biosemi EEG data recorded in the study. See the `README.md` in the `analysis` subfolder of the Github repository for instructions on how to use the raw data or intermediate analysis results together with the analysis code.
