Description: The aim of this experimental study is to determine which ratio of CBD:THC is related to the least adverse effects (psychosis, cognitive impairment) while still retaining its pleasurable and rewarding effects. This will be measured using standardised cognitive and psychological/psychopathological measures. The study will also aim to explore if these differences are explained by the ratio of CBD:THC in the cannabis or by pharmacodynamics (e.g. CBD reducing blood THC levels). This will be explored by collecting blood samples from the participants following cannabis administration.
