This project contains data and analysis for our paper [Data sharing upon request and statistical consistency errors in psychology: A replication of Wicherts, Bakker and Molenaar (2011)][1]. The [Data][2] component contains two files: - dataAll_Aline.xlsx: The data from Vanpaemel et al. (2015). Note that information on data sharing has been removed, because we have not ethical approval to share this information. - OutputStatcheck.Rdata: The statcheck output from all papers published in the four APA journals in 2012. The [Analysis][3] component contains five files: - data_sharing.Rmd: The manuscript with data analysis. - data_sharing_copilot: The reproduction of the data analysis in the manuscript by the copilot. - datatransformation.R: R script to combine dataAll_Aline and OutputStatcheck.Rdata. - MVA4.R: R script for the multiverse analysis. - supmat.Rmd: The supplemental material.
