We found some errors in our physical activity calculations. The physical activity scores presented in **table 5** should therefore be corrected. All other analyses were without error. The overall conclusions did not change.
The corrected physical activity scores and analyses are published in the document titled: Correction Table 5_Physical Activity Scores.
