The data collection includes behavioural training, testing, and individual differences data for an experiment in which adults learned to read in an artificial writing system. The artificial writing systems comprised print-sound and print-meaning regularities. Data uploaded here include pre-training data (phonology to semantics training), training data, and testing data for the behavioural tasks. Baseline data measuring participants' language and literacy skills are also included.
