## Northern Englishes - Manchester ## Northern Englishes Manchester is a selection of speakers from the Manchester subset of the Northern Englishes corpus. The part of Manchester corpus shared with the SPADE project consists of general interviews with pairs of speakers. Extracts from every speaker were prepared and MAUS-aligned by as part of the SPADE project. However, the quality of the alignment was variable and the poorest quality speakers were therefore excluded.
